Tigerlot is a Chinese control-valve OEM with a dedicated Data Center Liquid Cooling Stainless Steel Series, alongside their building automation and smart-heating lines. The DC line is not a re-badged HVAC product — it is purpose-built for closed-loop water-glycol service. The PICV (pressure-independent control valve) is the workhorse for rack-manifold flow control: it holds a programmed flow regardless of upstream pressure variation, which is the right behavior when servers cycle, when the CDU pump speed shifts, or when an adjacent rack is hot-swapped.
